The Keys Summer Team Building Camp 2025 is officially underway in Fano, Italy. Supported by Erasmus+, this international youth project brings together participants from across Europe. They’re here to grow, connect, and take part in a week filled with sport, learning, and discovery.
Before the camp began, we interviewed the participants. Most shared the same goal: to step outside their comfort zone, build new friendships, and experience real teamwork. Just a few days in, those expectations are already being met.
🔹 Camp Highlights – Day by Day
Day 1: Arrival and First Impressions
Teams from various countries arrived at Locanda Montegiove. Thanks to ice-breaking games and group discussions, everyone quickly began to connect. It was clear from the start: the group had great energy.
Day 2: Fitness and Team Training
In the morning, participants completed physical and cognitive tests at the Ethica Center Gym. Later, they took part in coastal training at the beach. It was both challenging and fun—perfect for team bonding.
Day 3: Adventure in Nature
This day was all about outdoor challenges. The group visited Furlo Gorge, where they explored rope courses and went kayaking. Even when tasks were tough, teams supported each other. In the evening, they reflected together on what they had learned.
Day 4: Orienteering in Fano’s Historic Center
Today’s highlight was a dynamic orienteering race. Participants used maps and clues to find checkpoints around Fano. Although some groups got off track, they worked through the problems together. Later, everyone enjoyed sailing, SUP, and beach games—ending the day with laughter and high-fives.
Day 5: Looking Back and Moving Forward
The final day will be dedicated to reflection. Teams will share what they’ve learned and how they plan to apply it at home. Saying goodbye won’t be easy—but the memories will last.
